Grilled Halloumi Cheese

Halloumi cheese is semi-hard and unripened, which makes it perfect for grilling due to it's high melting point. It is grilled just like a steak and it produces a pleasant spongy texture and tangy flavor. It is one of the most unique cheeses you would ever try. 

Pairs perfectly with tomatoes, tzatziki, and some greens.
