Shawarma Bowl

Our Shawarma Bowls are as authentic as they get. Our meats are marinated in a blend of mediterranean and middle eastern spices, then grilled on a standing rotisserie. The meat is then shaved into thin juicy pieces, before it's added to bowls 

Chicken Bowl standard toppings: Fries or rice (or both), lettuce mix, tomatoes, sumac & parsley onions, Kalamata olives, hummus dip, Lebanese garlic sauce, pickles, sliced pita, optional hot sauce

Lamb or Beef Bowl standard toppings: Fries or rice (or both), lettuce mix, tomatoes, sumac & parsley onions, pickles, Kalamata olives, hummus dip, tahini sauce, sliced pita, optional hot sauce
